A good course of action, is to remove the puppy from the food, and remove the food from their presence until they calm down.  A quiet and very attentive look from your puppy is a good sign, that you can try to feed once again.  Positive reinforcement is a great way to always be the boss in the house, as they will always be looking to please you, the boss!
