The one thing that people have to remember when they are potty training their puppy is that accidents are going to happen, and if you can catch them in the act good, just give them a stern no, if you dont catch them in the act (usually the case) then you just have to let it go.

The routine of having a house-trained dog is actually not that difficult. Being a trainer to your dog maybe frustating when your dog does not able to follow your command. I believe the basic part that you need to do is being able to create a routine. Praise your dog when she does the right thing.
Have you heard if this product works for training your dog?

I agree with you. There are many different techniques you can use. There might be a best one and a worst one. I subscribe to the idea that finding the best one is not all that important. Just find a good one and then be consistent and follow through with it. The key is in the consistency and repetition more than the specific technique. In most cases anyway. In regards to removing the urine scent completely there are several types of chemicals designed to do just that. You can read about them in depth here http://www.dogurinesolutions.com/odor-removal/odor-remover/
