I have been SO impressed with your blog that I wanted to send you a quick note about how pleased I am with it. It's rare that you find a blog with as much effort put on the articles. Thank you for sharing!

Sure these is good advise but you missed out on a couple things that are major disadvantages to the raw diet. The 1st and major disadvantage is the cost for the raw diet. On average for 1 dog (55lbs) the cost to supply your pet with 2 meals a day is well over $12.00 per day ($4300.00 per year, $8600.00 for 2 dogs). Now I'm sure there is a lot of wealthy people out there that could spend that amount of money per day but with these uncertain time the cost is outrageous. Also if prepared incorrectly there is a MAJOR chance of poisoning your pet!!! It's not that your 4 legged friend has done something wrong, it's that you have POISONED your pet. Your children may also be at risk if not cleaned properly. The raw diet is not something to mess around with. Sure it is what nature has intended but our canine friends have been domesticated for a very long time.
